The  Early Childhood Coordinator is a key role in True North Kid’s Church. The Coordinator oversees and manages the Early Childhood Ministry, which serves families of kids ages 3 months through 5 years. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, encouraging environment where kids and their families feel comfortable and safe. This role also leads a large team of volunteers and is the primary advocate for that team, the children in this ministry, and their families.
